Orange also made multiple commitments to the environment, such as net zero carbon emissions by 2040, reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, using renewable energy, reducing CO2 emissions, etc.
In accordance with its commitments, the Egypt office of Orange wanted to upgrade its workspace to a sustainable and smart space. It was a decision that mattered for the employees working at Orange and the institution.

The atmospheric water generators with a capacity of 20L provide purer and healthier water to the employees while posing little or no environmental impact. We set up air-to-water dispensers capable of generating high-quality drinking water from the humidity of the air. They use the condensation process in doing so. Our air-to-water dispensers are the future of water consumption and are hyper-efficient. They helped transform Orange into an energy-efficient and smart workplace.

- Green Walls
By installing green walls and biophilic designs, we bring natural elements to the office. We instilled the walls of the space with sustainable murals featuring biophilic designs to reconnect the employees with nature. This helps the workforce become happier and healthier, thus enhancing their efficiency levels.
The wall is decorated not with faux plants but with live-growing plants that can take care of themselves because of their built-in technical advances. They have automatic watering, an AI-supported mind for altering airflow settings, and remote control access 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They may tolerate far longer service intervals than standard green walls because of their properties, making Orange Egypt a green workplace.
